The patches created by Welab's team don't facilitate the duplication of
the material covered by the copyright, they are in perfect sinthony with
the bill of the DIgital MIllenium Copyright Act of the USA Congress universally
recognized as a reference norm in subject. The patches haven't "crack"
and they must be apply ONLY on the original Winning Eleven game. These
patches are only a translations from Japanese language or an update of
the soccer teams, this is an activity that is always tollerated in videoludic
circle, even if this is reserved to the product house of the game(art.64-bis
of the law 633/41 of the copyright,and as modify by the Decreto islativo
518/92). The patches are totally free and they aren't sell with the original
game or alone. The undersigned and his collaborators decline every responsability
for the uses of these patch. |

Le patches
create dal Team WElab non facilitano in alcun modo la duplicazione di
materiale coperto dal diritto d'autore, in perfetta sintonia col dettato
del Digital Millenium Copyright Act del Congresso USA , universalmente
riconosciuto come norma di riferimento in materia. Esse non contengo alcun
"crack" ed anzi possono applicarsi SOLO alla versione originale del gioco
Winning Eleven. Le patches si limitano a tradurre la lingua dei menų del
gioco o ad aggiornare gli elementi relativi alle varie squadre, attivitā
che, sebbene teoricamente riservata alla casa produttrice del gioco (art.
64-bis della legge 633/41 sul diritto d'autore, come modificato dal Decreto
Legislativo 518/92), č da sempre tollerata in ambito videoludico: si pensi
alle total conversion di Quake o agli aggiornamenti disponibili per Fifa
o GP3. Le patches sono totalmente gratuite e non vengono in alcun modo
vendute, nč da sole, nč giā applicate sulla versione originale del gioco.
Il sottoscritto e i suoi collaboratori declinano ogni responsabilitā per
eventuali attivitā di lucro che vengano da altri illecitamente perpetrate
utilizzando il materiale contenuto su questo sito.
